Since entering the industry in 2018, I’ve built my career as a licensed Realtor and Brokerage Manager of a national real estate franchise, focusing on operational excellence, team leadership, and a deep commitment to serving both agents and clients with integrity.

Originally from Indiana and proud to call Fort Myers home since 1984, I bring a diverse professional background spanning administration, operations, title insurance, marketing, and emergency medical services as a licensed EMT with Lee County EMS. These experiences have shaped my ability to lead under pressure, solve problems efficiently, and keep people at the center of every decision.

As a Brokerage Manager, I’m passionate about developing strong systems, supporting agent growth, and ensuring our brokerage operates at the highest level of professionalism and performance.
