Beach Parkway, located just off Del Prado Blvd. South, will provide you waterfront condos from 900 sq ft to over 3000 sq ft. built from 1977 to recent. The area has many wide 200ft. to 150ft. canals with direct access to the Caloosahatchee River. Many of the condos have docks, garages, heated pools, spas, saunas, and club houses. The amenities featured in the community are swimming pool, play ground, and cabana. The community has five lakes and many of the home lots are located on the lakes.

The Heritage

The exclusive Hermitage is a small gated community is located in the Southwest of Cape Coral at the end of Chiquita Blvd. The estate homes you will find there are some of the most expensive in Cape Coral. With direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, it should not be a surprise to find 40 feet and up sail boats and yachts behind the homes. Orchid Boulevard

Orchid Boulevard, located off Del Prado Blvd. South, leads to many great wide canals that provide great waterfront homes. This area again has older homes scatter with newer waterfront homes. These homes are direct access to the Caloosahatchee River and on to a short ride to the Gulf of Mexico. The area has million dollar riverfront homes and other canal homes from modest to mid- range in price. Orchid Blvd. provides boaters protected waterways for their boats docked behind their homes.

Paradise Point

Paradise Pointe, located off Beach Parkway, is a gated condo complex right on the Caloosahatchee River. Under building parking and gated entrance give you comfort and the security you might be looking for. The amenities include a heated pool and spa with a cabana feeling. All the views from here can be great with the river views. These units have high ceilings and are very spacious. Adjacent to the building you have Jaycee Park that gives you great walking trails or benches to sit and watch the boats. Maybe this could be just right for you.

Palmeto Pine

Palmetto Pine Estates is an upscale development that features many of the homes built around the Palmetto Pine Golf Course. The estates feature only 26 upscale homes on or near the golf course located on Skyline going north.

Palaco Grande Parkway, located off Del Prado Blvd. South, is another older community that provides a great network of canals stemming from Moody Canal on the north side of Palaco Grande and the Palaco Grande Canal on the south side. Here you will find many older homes that have been renovated along side of new tile roof homes. Palaco Grande provides direct access for boaters and quick access to the Caloosahatchee River leading to the Gulf of Mexico. You will find some snowbirds here but also many year around residents make this area their home.

Rivers I

Rivers I, located off Beach Parkway, is a condo complex of four floors. The complex is build with great Plato Canal and Caloosahatchee River views. Built by the same developer as Rivers III and River II, the quality and floor plans are great. The common areas are well planned and beautiful. The heated pool, storage lockers, and secure parking, and some boat dockage give this condo complex a great place to call home.

Rivers II

Rivers II, located off Beach Parkway, is a condo complex of two buildings. One is located with the back of complex located on the west bank of Caloosahatchee River and the other building located with the back of the building overlooking the Plato Canal. The Rivers II has parking under the building and a secure entrance of both buildings. The heated pool is located along the canal view. You will find dockage for boats owners along Plato Canal. The buildings have four floors with great terrace views of the river or canal views. Rivers II is a great spot. Being adjacent to the great Jaycee Park it affords you to take your walks along the river park or just find a shady bench and watch the boats pass by.

Rivers III

Rivers III, located off Beach Parkway, is a condo complex situated on the east bank of the Caloosahatchee River at its back. The complex has six floors and the vistas are gorgeous from the terraces of the units. The complex has dockages with boat lifts for some of the units. The front door has security and the parking is under the building. The units are two bedrooms and some are three bedrooms. Adjacent to Jaycee Park will give you walking trails and benches for sitting and enjoy watch the boats go by. The complex is in a great location.
